Facilities

If you are staying in the Cereza or Granada apartment, you have the option of having an extra bed added. The cost is an additional €15.00 per night (bed linen and towels included). If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot, high chair and playpen in your apartment. The cost is an additional €10.00 per night.

• Check-in from 3.00 pm and check-out by 11.00 am.
• The supermarkets (5 minutes away) are open Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 21.30. If you arrive later, I can arrange some groceries for you on request.
• In Spain, most shops (apart from supermarkets) are closed between 1.30 pm and 5.00 pm.
• Linen is included. If you’re staying for longer than a week, you’ll receive a fresh set of linen every week.
• Optional: extra (cot), extra cleaning for longer stays.
• During your stay in our villa, you are welcome to use our washing machine.
• Final cleaning costs €75.00 per flat (to be paid on arrival).
• Security deposit: €300.00 (to be paid in cash on arrival). We trust that you will treat your flat and the communal facilities with care. Should an accident occur, we kindly ask you to report this to our manager. You will be required to pay for any damage caused. The security deposit will be refunded on departure. If you leave at a time when a final inspection is not possible, the deposit, less the aforementioned costs, will be refunded to your bank account within one week.
• We expect our guests to have taken out the rubbish and done the washing-up before departure.
• For fire safety reasons, it is not permitted to light an open fire on the premises from 1 May to 1 October, not even in a fire pit.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking indoors is not permitted.

Booking & Cancellation

• A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
• For cancellations made up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 30%.
• For cancellations made between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 70%.
• For cancellations from 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100%. If the reserved flat is subsequently let for the same period, we will refund the cancellation fee.
• If you do not pay in full or on time, we may cancel the booking. This will be done by email. Please note that in the event of such a cancellation, no refund will be given for any amounts already paid.
• We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
