Fun Facts

• Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
• The supermarkets (5 minutes away) are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. If you arrive later, I can arrange to have some groceries picked up for you upon request.
• In Spain, most stores (except supermarkets) are closed between 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Linens are included. If you’re staying longer than 1 week, you’ll receive clean linens weekly.
• Optional: extra (baby) bed, additional cleaning for longer stays.
• During your stay in our villa, you are welcome to use our washing machine.
• Final cleaning is €75.00 per apartment (to be paid upon arrival).
• Security deposit: €300.00 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). We trust that you will treat your apartment and the common areas with care. If an accident does occur, we kindly ask you to report it to our manager. You will be responsible for compensating for any damage. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure. If you depart at a time when a final inspection is not possible, the security deposit, minus the aforementioned costs, will be refunded to your bank account within 1 week.
• We expect our guests to take out the trash and wash the dishes before departure.
• For fire safety reasons, open fires are not permitted on the property from May 1 through October 1, not even in a fire pit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking indoors is not permitted.

Reservations & Cancellations

• A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
• For cancellations made up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 30%.
• For cancellations made between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 70%.
• For cancellations made 2 weeks or less before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100%. If the reserved apartment is subsequently rented out for the same period, we will reimburse you for the cancellation fee.
• If you do not pay in full or on time, we may cancel the reservation. This will be done via email. Please note that in the event of such a cancellation, no refund will be issued for amounts already paid.
• We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance.
